Privacy & Cookie Policy
Let's keep this simple. Privacy matters, and so does transparency. That’s why this page exists to explain, without all the legal double-speak, what happens with your data when you visit our site. Not everything is black and white, but we’ll keep it clear where it counts.
What Information We Collect
Most of what we collect comes from standard website analytics: your IP address, device type, browser version, and general usage stats. Visiting pages, time spent, what buttons you click this stuff helps us see what’s useful and what’s just noise. If you contact us, we may get your email or name, but only what you decide to hand over yourself. No secret dossiers or background checks.
And yes, when you click on partner links (like casino or game reviews), those partners might collect some data too. That’s out of our hands...but it’s part of how the industry works.
How We Use Your Information
To be blunt, most of your data gets used for three things: running the site, seeing what works (and what flops), and dealing with your questions if you send them. There’s no secret marketing list. We don’t sell your info. Some might say that's old-fashioned, but it feels right for this kind of site.
Occasionally, we run surveys or polls. Participation is always optional. Your answers? Treated with the same care as everything else here.
Cookies And Tracking Tools
Cookies the small files everybody talks about but nobody really wants to read about. We use them for analytics, to remember preferences, and to make sure the site loads faster the next time you swing by. Some cookies are essential, some are just for stats. And then there are cookies set by our partners, especially if you click affiliate links they do their own tracking, not us. If you’re interested in the technical details, we use Google Analytics and a few standard ad tracking pixels.
Your Cookie Choices
Not a fan of cookies? That’s your call. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings anytime you want. Some features might misbehave without them nothing catastrophic, but a little less smooth. A lot of browsers have “Do Not Track” settings, too. We try to respect those signals where possible, though partner sites may do things differently.
Third-Party Services & Affiliate Links
Whenever you see a link to a casino or sportsbook review, there’s a good chance it’s an affiliate link. Clicking those means our partners may set their own cookies, gather data, or track your clicks. We don’t control what they do, and their privacy policies are their own business. Always a smart move to check their terms before signing up or depositing. For more about who runs this site and our approach, see our About page.
Oh, and sometimes third-party widgets (like embedded videos or chat tools) might set cookies too. Happens more often than you’d think.
How Long We Keep Data & Security Stuff
Data doesn’t stick around forever. Most analytics items get wiped every 26 months or sooner. Emails you send us? Usually gone after the issue is solved, unless there’s a specific reason to hang onto them (like an ongoing complaint). Security-wise, we use HTTPS, encrypted storage for anything sensitive, and basic access controls. Nothing is perfectly secure online, but we do our best to keep data out of the wrong hands. If something ever goes wrong, we’ll do our best to notify users if it’s serious enough to matter.
Your Rights & How To Use Them
You have the usual rights under privacy laws access, correction, deletion, or even saying “stop using my info.” Just send a request via our contact form. Sometimes we need to check your identity, especially for sensitive requests (no offense, but it’s for your own protection). Responses can take a few days, sometimes longer if things get busy or complicated.
One last thing: If you’re in the EU or UK, you get extra rights under GDPR. We try to accommodate everyone, but those laws set the bar. If you think your data was mishandled, you can contact your local regulator though we’d appreciate a heads-up first, it’s just the decent thing to do.
Policy Changes
This page isn’t carved in stone. Policies get updated sometimes because the law says so, sometimes because tech changes. When we make a big update, we’ll post a notice here (sometimes a banner on the main page, too). If you care about the details, check back now and then.
